I do my Chill Pill Qi gong every morning. The roll down releases tension from my nervous system down my spine. I find it grounds me and calms my mind and body so that I can see clearly.

Our nervous system runs from your cranial (head) to your sacrum (tail bone). The nervous system is a complex collection of nerves and specialised cells known as neurons that transmit signals between different parts of the body. It is essentially the body’s electrical wiring.
I teach Qi gong to all my clients, and they’ve all really enjoyed the benefits. It has great results with clients who have depression. Do 3 times a day if you have signs of depression and try acupuncture to balance your body along with the key steps in this journal.

When I feel unbalanced in my life, I will usually realise that I have let my Qi gong slip and have stopped doing it every day, so I’m straight back to doing Qi gong and feeling on track again.

You’ll be surprised how you will want to make time for Qi gong once you enjoy the benefits. People have told me that, if they don’t have time for the full Qi gong form, they do a Qi gong roll down in their office with the door closed or will go to the toilets and do a roll down (or as much as they can before they have to pop back into work). So, just remember that making excuses is simply a behaviour that is up to you to want to change. Living below the responsibility line.
